Mary leads VaultFin with a mix you don’t often see. She has sharp technical expertise paired with genuine care for the people she works with. She’s the go-to for the tricky stuff: clients who’ve been declined, self-employed or multi-entity setups, and high-income earners who need smart structuring to protect their future. Her style is direct, steady, and reassuring. Clients trust her because she’s honest, she’s clear, and she sees solutions long before others do.
Jenny Kladis
Mortgage Broker
Jenny is so calm and steady throughout your overwhelming loan complaints. She gives a warm and practical take to make the people less stressed.
She works with clients who are buying their dream home, refinancing, or trying to get a lock-in in a pre-approval. No matter how entangled things get, she tries to explain everything in a clear and relatable way. Clients go to her because she cares genuinely about them. Head of Customer Service
Chance is the heart and soul of VaultFin. He’s our friendly neighbourhood Chihuahua-Poodle cross. He thinks that everybody who comes to the door is there to see him so he greets them with all enthusiasm.
He takes his role as Head of Customer Service with utmost seriousness. He supervises all meetings, often from the comfort of a client’s lap, and never lets the office morale drop below “excellent.” His specialties include delivering industry-leading tail wags per minute, providing emotional support during stressful loan assessments, and maintaining a firm belief that all humans exist to pat him. Chance ensures that every appointment feels a little lighter and a lot more human.
Chilli
Head of Security
Chilli, our Chihuahua-Foxy cross, works in all seriousness. She may be too little but she is ready to take on the world.
She dutifully alerts the team to every sound, movement, delivery driver, and even leaves blowing across the driveway. Her specialties include guarding the office like it’s a full-time job and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy on suspicious activity. She might look intimidating at first but the moment she decides you are part of the VaultFin family, she melts into a loyal little shadow.
